Why we built Nuxa
The future of small business isn't less human. It's human owners with an AI team behind them. Here's how we got here, and what we're building next.

I started Fleksa during COVID to help restaurant owners I personally knew — friends, family, local operators — not just survive, but get profitable again.
We started by helping independents own their customers
Independent restaurants were losing their customers, their brand, and their margin to big chains and third-party delivery apps. So we built Fleksa — a platform an independent could actually run, one where they owned the relationship instead of renting it.
For a lot of them it changed everything. More than 50% of their orders moved onto their own commission-free site. Thousands of restaurants across Europe and America — like namaste-aschaffenburg.de, lalisonfastfoods.com, and chaatwala.com — grew their direct sales. But owning the website was step one. The harder gap was everything that comes after it.
The real moat is technology, and small businesses can't afford it
Here's what became clear: big corporations win because they can afford better technology. They have CMOs, CTOs, data teams, marketing departments, engineers, and automation systems. Independent restaurants don't have any of that — and they never will be able to hire it at independent-restaurant economics. The gap isn't effort or talent. It's the bench.
AI changes the math
AI can now be the CMO, the CTO, the analyst, the marketer, the SEO specialist, and the growth team that independent restaurants could never afford before. Not as a chatbot you have to babysit — as a team that knows your menu, your reviews, and your local market, and ships the recurring work on its own. That's what makes this moment different, and that's the bet behind Nuxa.
AI can now be the CMO, the CTO, the analyst, and the growth team an independent restaurant could never afford. The owner stays human — the bench behind them finally doesn't have to.
Nuxa is an AI team for restaurants
Nuxa is the next step. It's not a dashboard — it's a team. Scout works your Google ranking and SEO. Atlas builds and maintains your website. Grace handles your reviews. Dash reads your numbers. Ink writes your content. Vibe runs your social. Chief ties it together every week and tells you the one thing to do next. Continuously. Automatically. With a log of everything each one did.
It improves your website, Google ranking, reviews, marketing, branding, operations, and growth — the work a corporation would hire six departments to do, run by an AI team an independent can actually afford.
Why now, and what we're building
We've already helped thousands of restaurants across Europe and America grow their direct sales. Now we're building Nuxa so every owner can fight back — and win. Not by replacing the owner. By giving them the bench a corporation takes for granted.
The future of small business isn't less human. It's human owners with an AI team behind them.
