Why we built Nuxa
The future of small business isn't less human. It's human owners with an AI team behind them. Here's how we got here, and what we're building next.

I started Fleksa during COVID to help restaurant owners I personally knew — friends, family, local operators — not just survive, but get profitable again.
Independents finally own their customers — not rent them
Independent restaurants were losing their customers, their brand, and their margin to big chains and third-party delivery apps. So we built Fleksa — a platform an independent could actually run, one where they owned the relationship instead of renting it.
For a lot of them it changed everything. More than 50% of their orders moved onto their own commission-free site. Thousands of restaurants across Europe and America — like namaste-aschaffenburg.de, lalisonfastfoods.com, and chaatwala.com — grew their direct sales. But owning the website was step one. The harder gap was everything that comes after it.
The bench corporations take for granted — independents can't afford it
Here's what became clear: big corporations win because they can afford entire teams — marketing departments, analysts, content writers, social managers, scheduling tools, and growth specialists. Independent restaurants don't have any of that — and they never will at independent-restaurant economics. The gap isn't effort or talent. It's the bench.
AI changes the math — permanently
AI can now be the specialist that runs reviews, the analyst who reads your numbers, the writer who keeps your content fresh, and the scheduler who keeps your floor staffed — every recurring job an independent could never afford to hire for. Not as a chatbot you have to babysit — as a team that knows your menu, your guests, and your local market, and ships the recurring work on its own. That's the bet behind Nuxa.
The bench a corporation takes for granted is now something every independent restaurant can afford. The owner stays human — the team behind them finally doesn't have to be.
Ten people, one shared goal — your restaurant winning
Nuxa is not a dashboard — it's a team working your restaurant around the clock. Grace handles your reviews. Atlas works your Google ranking and keeps your listings accurate. Host answers guest questions. Quill brings guests back. Ink writes your content. Vibe runs your social feeds. Dash reads your numbers. Pulse watches for problems before they cost you. Ledger reconciles your daily sales. Sage gives you straight answers. And every morning at 7:00, the Daily Brief, narrated by Dash, ties it together and tells you the one thing to act on next — every fact cited. Anything public or financial crosses the approval line first: it waits for your tap. Continuously. Automatically. With a log of everything each one did.
It improves your visibility, reviews, content, social, operations, and finances — the work a corporation staffs entire departments to do, now run by an AI team an independent can actually afford.
Every independent restaurant deserves a fighting chance
We've already helped thousands of restaurants across Europe and America grow their direct sales. Now we're building Nuxa so every owner can fight back — and win. Not by replacing the owner. By giving them the bench a corporation takes for granted.
The future of small business isn't less human. It's human owners with an AI team behind them.
