I started Fleksa during COVID to help restaurant owners I personally knew — friends, family, local operators — not just survive, but get profitable again.

How we started

Independents finally own their customers — not rent them

Independent restaurants were losing their customers, their brand, and their margin to big chains and third-party delivery apps. So we built Fleksa — a platform an independent could actually run, one where they owned the relationship instead of renting it.

For a lot of them it changed everything. More than 50% of their orders moved onto their own commission-free site. Thousands of restaurants across Europe and America — like namaste-aschaffenburg.de, lalisonfastfoods.com, and chaatwala.com — grew their direct sales. But owning the website was step one. The harder gap was everything that comes after it.
